TEHRAN — Iran’s Management and Planning Organization (MPO) and the World Bank (WB) jointly held the International Tutorial Budget Operating Workshop here on Wednesday.

Aimed at familiarizing the MPO managers and experts with the European countries’ experience of budget operating, the workshop played host to experts from the WB, Sweden, Germany, South Korea, France, and Britain.

The participants offered reports on performance management and budget planning in Korea, budget amendment in France, state services in Britain, improvement of general expenses management in Iran and Sweden, and the regional development in Iran.
